Valencia CF establish timeframe for change of season ticket name

Valencia CF inform season ticket holders that those wishing to change the name attached to their pass will be able to do so from Tuesday, May 3rd, through to May 5th at 8pm CEST.

It is essential to present the season ticket for the current season and the DNI of the new holder (in the case of a minor, in addition to the DNI of the minor, the DNI of their father/mother/guardian will be essential).

NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION

Name changes will not be made without the holder presenting a copy of the relevant documentation, regardless of age or circumstances:

-CIF for legal persons, DNI for natural persons, foreign NIE of the new holder of the season ticket

-Email and telephone contact

-Direct debit mandate signed by the account holder

-ID account holder

-Copy of direct debit where the owner and account number (IBAN) appear

OPENING HOURS 

The opening hours for the public are from Tuesday, May 3rd to Thursday, May 5th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

INFORMATION TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT

-The change of name entails the loss of seniority and all rights acquired by the previous owner, including the discount accumulated for the use of the "Asiento Libre" service and discount for attendance.

-Individuals may not have more than one season ticket in their name.

- Season tickets with a discount for children or those over 65 years of age can only be changed to the name of a holder who meets the requirements of said discount.

-To make any type of change, it is essential that the appicant be up to date with all payments.
